Retail-store-flashers

Yesterday I had dinner with my friend. We went to the restaurant''''Ditirambo Campo de 'Fiori. Restaurant I would recommend and search for the tasty dishes, and for the kindness of all staff. I'm not here to praise the food or the performance of the evening, which however have nothing to object. I want to tell what happened as I waited for my driver-assistant who came to take me. I made an appointment to exactly where I had left, in front of two seats for disabled people, one with much of the concession (private label). Upon my arrival at the designated place I found a car parked in a private place, without proper parking permits. After a minute I got a traffic warden (that itself already as rare as the appearance of a Tyrannosaurus Rex) which, for a spin around the car to verify the absence of permission, he began writing a ticket. Oh I forgot, in all this I was also quite drunk
"The need to make a million in fines,"
"In fact is not allowed"
"Yeah ...».
After the small curtain, the traffic warden turned to my colleague to ask for the amount of the penalty: parking in disabled parking € seventy-eight. If you really wanted to stop this kind of abuse would be enough to make five hundred euro fine. You will not see a car even close to a place for disabled people. Disabled people themselves would live in fear of parking places reserved for them. After five minutes it appeared that the owner of the car turning I thought good to say so alluring:
"Hopefully I have done a fine"
"But you have made a fine ugly moron, you do not have to park here"
"Excuse me
" Excuse me a dick, you do not have to put us here and now disappear. "
The poor fool has got in the car with the face of dog beaten and was quickly dispersed.
So you better take a fine and suffer the humiliation of a disabled person who yells at you or avoid parking where you can not?
to posterity 'very' difficult decision ...
